Belize Zoo

Belize Zoo: a unique collection of rescued wild animals of Belize, this quirky zoological park rehabilitates injured or rogue creatures that would otherwise have died or been culled. Look out also for the hand painted enclosure signs in verse!.

This is a different kind of zoo.The humans are carefully controlled and escorted.Most animals are in their natural habitat.

The zoo tends to close early - around 4pm, and they will be waving you out at this time which is feeding time!

Cave Tubing

Enjoy a nature hike through the rainforest jungle on the way to cave tubing. Delicious food. Generous and kind hosts, very informative tours of Eco-Village. Good location, close to Mayan Ruins, Cave tubing & Zip-Lines. Very helpful in informing about great tours in the area.
